The Taxdoo gap
When Taxdoo pivoted away from the small-seller market, thousands of EU shops lost the tool that turned their quarterly OSS filing from a spreadsheet nightmare into a routine. What remained were enterprise suites starting at €49+/month — hard to justify for a shop doing a few thousand euros of cross-border sales a quarter.
Most of those sellers don't need a tax platform. They need one report, done correctly: every channel merged, currencies converted at the official ECB rate, VAT rates validated against the EU's TEDB database, and the totals laid out country by country in the official Annex III structure their accountant can file in minutes.
That's Vatlio. Deliberately not a filing agent, not a tax advisor, not a registration service — just the data work, automated properly, at a price a small shop (or an accountant with fifteen small clients) can justify.
Not tax advice. Vatlio prepares OSS/IOSS return summaries from your sales data. It does not file returns with any tax authority and does not provide tax advice — your accountant stays in control of the filing.
